Inventorying and Monitoring an Afrotropical Biodiversity Hotspot

On this website we are developing an interface for all general information and the results and experiences during the All Taxa Biodiversity Inventory in the Udzungwa Forest National Park. This information will include details on how to participate and taxonomic as well as photographic documentation of the biodiversity. Until this is fully operational, please refer to the information on the website of EDIT's work package 7.

New website launched In February 2008, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between EDIT and COSTECH for a collaborative All Taxa Biodiversity Inventory + Monitoring programme in Udzungwa Forest National Park of the Tanzanian Eastern Arc mountains. We will use this website to concentrate relevant information on how to participate, what kind of fieldwork is planned or ongoing, and (eventually) the presentation of inventory and monitoring results.
